  Sub: Invitation for intercollegiate talent fest- MAHARAJA 2017  -Reg
Department of Management Studies, C.S.I. Institute of Technology, Thovalai is organizing an Intercollegiate Talent Fest “MAHARAJA” on 31^st    March 2017. Around 400 under graduate students from Engineering and Arts & Science colleges will gather and contribute in this fest. We will be releasing a magazine   on this occasion. It is propose to organize events such as General Quiz, Junk Art, Group Dance, Students Project Presentation and Vegetable Carving for the students.  We request you to send a team of students from your esteemed institution   and bring out their talents.

• Selection for the final round will be based on prelims (Objective type)

2. Time limit five minutes per team

• Participants are asked to bring their own supplies for the event (Costumes, Properties, CD or Pen drive etc..)

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Registration fee Rs.50 per candidate
2. Last date for registration is on 21 ^st March 2017

• First to final year Under Graduate Students from Engineering and Arts & Science Colleges can participate.

1. Registration can be done through post or email : simacsiit@gmail.com
2. All the participants are asked to wear their college identity cards
3. Lunch and refreshment will be provided

• Participants need accommodation are requested to intimate in advance
• Every registered candidate must participate in any one of the event.

1. Participation certificate will be provided to all the participants
2. A student can participate in only one event.
3. The participants must report 10 minutes before the commencement of their respective event.

• Participants are asked to maintain discipline and decorum inside the campus.
